What happens if my credit card is declined?
EverWrap is a membership, which means you will be automatically charged every season or year depending on your membership plan.
If your card is declined your order is placed on hold. You will receive an email to update your billing information as soon as possible. We will then make an attempt to recharge your card at a later date.
Your order ship date may be delayed if your credit card is declined and we have to make a second attempt at a later date.
Please update your billing in your account settings.
